How does the online consultation work?
In our quick online consultation, you’ll be asked a series of questions about your skin, previous skin treatments you’ve used, and some basic, relevant questions about your medical history.
Our consultation is designed to give our expert Dermatology Team all the information they need to make an accurate dermatological assessment of your skin’s needs. Once you’ve answered the questions, you’ll be asked to upload three photos of your face, so that our expert Dermatology Team can assess your skin.
All consultation questions should be answered thoroughly and truthfully – and always for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else. This is essential for us to diagnose you safely and accurately.
The information you provide will be reviewed by our expert Dermatology Team and if you’re eligible for treatment, they’ll create a personalised prescription containing the most appropriate ingredients for your skin’s needs. Your prescription will then be sent to the Feel Good Pharmacy, who will dispense your treatment and ship it to you.
In some cases, our Dermatology Team may let you know that we’re unable to treat you, and will instead recommend that you visit your doctor or Dermatologist to discuss your skin concerns further. In this case, we will refund your payment and won't take any other charges.
